A Purpose-Built Space for Growth and Collaboration

The goal is to develop modern mixed use facilities to cater for LEAP official needs and training facilities including accommodation for trainees.

The concept includes creating 2 wings to house the offices and residential areas whilst  making the facility smart and sustainable viz a viz meeting the EDGE green building standard.

The facility is on 4 floors comprising offices for staff, executive offices, board rooms ,meeting rooms, lunch rooms, storage spaces, creche and parking areas.

Other spaces include library, meeting rooms, business hubs, conference hall, cafeteria, accommodation, gymnasium etc.

The design has been completed and the ground breaking for the construction has been done.
