Our approach is that good design must solve the relevant problems and be aesthetically pleasing. A fusion of functionality and aesthetic resolution, with a consciousness of the environment, and the psychological effects of design on people’s lives.
Design Genre started about 8years ago when the principals Anthony and Nwamaka Okoye won a competition to design a 15 storey luxury apartment in Ikoyi, Lagos. While living and working in the USA. Design Genre had 3 architects at the onset and has grown to about 30 personnel.
